Serfruit along with Aweta, a company specializing in electronic calipers with computer vision, have developed a groundbreaking calibration system for tropical fruit that has successfully been applied to the mango, kiwi, avocado and papaya among others. Our innovative technique allows the degree of ripeness to be ascertained with only one test. This avoids damaging the fruit by repeating the process and allows decisions to be made on storage time and sale.
